Labor Day Weekend: Part 2

As promised here are more photos from our Labor Day Weekend adventures. These photos are from Horseshoe Lake. Blue House Photography had a great time over the weekend. Scenic and nature shots are some of your favorite photos to take. We not only get an opportunity to make great shots we also get to take advantage of the great outdoor opportunities Colorado has to offer.

Labor Day Weekend: Part 1

Blue House Photography took off last weekend for some much needed relaxation. Both Delia and Luke went backpacking, although separately. Here are some of our shots. Check back Monday to see Part 2. We hope everyone has a great weekend!

West Elk Wilderness!

For the second year in a row Blue House Photography took a vacation and Delia and Luke spent Memorial Weekend backpacking with some friends in West Elk Wilderness. The Wilderness is in west-central Colorado between Gunnison to the south, Aspen to the east, and Glenwood Springs to the north. The siblings spent their weekend hiking, relaxing, and enjoying their time off. Hope you enjoy some of the photos.

Backpacking West Elk Wilderness

We at Blue House Photography took a couple weeks off from blogging but not to worry we are back. Over Memorial Day Weekend Delia, myself, and several of our friends took off to the West Elk Wilderness near Crested Butte and Gunnison (not near anything, actually) for some backpacking. It was a pretty remote trail and we didn’t see anyone one else- of course that was kinda the point. It was good to get out of the city for a little bit and it was a great trip.
