Andi and Adam's Wedding Album
Andi and Adam planned a fun wedding in Andi’s hometown of Chicago and the couple ordered a wedding album with their package. Blue House Photography custom designs all their wedding albums. When booking your wedding consider adding a custom designed wedding album to your package as a way to always remember your special day. SoCal Sun!
Luke took a little vacation from Blue House Photography this past weekend but still couldn’t completely put his camera down. He was in Southern California for a wedding and here are a couple good shots from the weekend. The first couple are the Santa Monica beach, then one in the Santa Monica shopping district and a couple from the wedding itself. Enjoy!

Wedding Album Design
One part of weddings that I especially love (even though it's after the fact!) is designing the albums. While the shooting is obviously fun and exciting (we really do love to capture the essence of each day and see what makes every wedding unique), I also really love to put everything together in an album design that hopefully will last the couple a lifetime. We shot Frank and Erica's wedding this past October and they just got me their selections for the album. Here's the first draft of the first couple of pages. Hope you enjoy! Contact us today to talk more about your wedding. (Delia: 303-519-3886/delia@bluehousephoto.com)

Hotel Boulderado Wedding show

Blue House Photography did the Hotel Boulderado wedding show in Boulder today. Delia and I met scores of potential brides and were able to network with other wedding vendors. It was the first time we took part in the Hotel Boulderado wedding show and we both think it went pretty well. It was also the first time that we used our new display that we worked over the summer with VIP Exhibits to produce. Our display, made of aluminum, has a sleek, modern design that allows for interchangeable photos and ease of use. It really looks cool and thanks to VIP for working with us to develop such a great display. We look forward to using for years down the road. Next up: This Saturday we head to Al’s Formal Wear for one of their vendor nights.
Okay, don't judge the quality of the photos (please!) I just snapped a few photos of the display with my point and shoot. You get the idea, I hope.

Debbie and Easan's Wedding

Luke and I photographed Debbie and Easan's wedding in Winter Park over Labor Day. We usually like to meet with the couple before the wedding to go over the time line for the day and just try to make sure that everything is in order and is going to run smoothly. Debbie sent us a list of photos and time line ahead of time and was so organized that this was totally unnecessary (--a weddings photographer's dream: an organized bride!). The ceremony was held at Snow Mountain Ranch at the YMCA of the Rockies. It was an absolutely gorgeous location and the time of day was just right to get great light for the photos. Hope you enjoy!
